As venue consultants, business owners, and team leaders ourselves, we know just how crucial it is to have strong teams supporting your event company or venue. That’s why we’re putting our experiences and expertise to work, helping you build a solid team of your own.


Custom team trainings for your event business!

Teams vary in size, purpose, work style, energy, and so many other ways. What works for one team might not for the other, which is why every in person team training we host is tailored to you and your organization. Formulas and cookie-cutter strategies are not our thing; can you tell?

To give you an idea of how a training might go, here’s what you can expect:

  1. We start by understanding your employees and overall company culture. We spend time getting to know your team with personality tests, anonymous surveys, and other strategies.

  2. We then set up activities like hands-on team building and workshops that allow your team members to experience things from others’ perspectives and learn from one another.

  3. We spend some time reflecting on and appreciating everyone on the team. Say goodbye to office tension, grudges, and things left unsaid. We’ll get all of it (good and bad) out on the table.

How do I know your team training is right for me?

If you’re part of an event or venue company that has a team, you’ll benefit from our trainings. We specialize in the hospitality space, but we’re open to teams from all industries!

Are your team trainings virtual or in person?

We offer in-person trainings anywhere! We’re based in North Carolina, but if you’d like us to travel to you, contact us and we’ll create a comprehensive quote for you.

Do you only offer team trainings for the whole company? 

We can tailor your training sessions however you like. We offer upper-level management training and overall, company-wide training. We can also train teams in a smaller setting, or smaller teams by department. It’s your call.

I’m not sure if I should get training for my whole organization or smaller teams. What should I do?
